Trusted service, proven experience

For over 63 years, will&able has delivered trusted services to local and national businesses. From cleaning Air New Zealand headsets to electricity meters for Bluecurrent, we’ve consistently focused on high-quality, reliable outcomes. In 2018, we expanded into eco-friendly cleaning products, now available online and in supermarkets, suitable for both home and commercial use.

A question that sparked innovation

When our CEO, Kate, joined 18 months ago, she asked: “What could we logically do to create more jobs and grow?” The answer became clear: cleaning. It aligned with our expertise, offered tangible skill-building, and addressed a gap in the New Zealand market for inclusive employment - a model already successful overseas.

Our vision became reality when Barfoot & Thompson Property Management reached out for support with exit and branch cleans. This partnership allowed our team to gain confidence and transferable life skills that extend far beyond a mop and bucket. At will&able, cleaning is more than a job - it’s a pathway to independence and personal growth.

Building skills today, expanding impact tomorrow

Launching the clean team is just the beginning. With 127 people currently employed, we aim to grow to 300 jobs by 2030 - more than doubling our impact. We see this new team as a vessel to help us get there.
