Refund Policy

If you ordered goods, you may cancel your order in writing by emailing info@willandable.co.nz. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue you a refund. If the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to refund you.

If you have received goods, but the products are damaged upon arrival, you must notify us by email at info@willandable.co.nz, with details of the damaged products upon arrival. We will send out a replacement free of charge, and you may keep the damaged product.

We do not accept returns due to your change of mind.
