Our RETURN TO SENDER programme, lets you return your used WILL&ABLE bottles back to us for up-cycling so you can be sure they don’t end up in landfills or shipped overseas like most curbside recycling is in NZ. Keep the brown box (made from recycled paper), put your used WILL&ABLE bottles inside and our courier will collect it when he comes by to deliver your next box. He’ll bring it back to the factory and it will be made into new recycled materials right here in Auckland.
Connie, our factory manager supervises our team of workers with disabilities. We fill every bottle by hand. We put the lids and caps on by hand and we label every bottle by hand. When you order online, we get a copy of your order, put your order into a box and courier it off to as promptly as we can!
