Refund Policy

If you ordered Goods, but did not received them, you may cancel your order without giving a reason at any time providing the order has not been dispatched. We will return your money.
For products that are damaged upon arrival we will send out a replacement free of charge and you can keep the original product.
If you receive the goods, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you have received Goods you ordered, you may cancel any time within 14 days of the date you received them. You must tell us that you wish to cancel and send the Goods back to us within 14 days.
We will return your money provided we receive the Goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in good unused condition.
If we refund you, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed to see the money back in your account. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@willandable.co.nz and we will ensure you do receive your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@willandable.co.nz and send your item to: 246 Puhinui Road, Auckland, 2025, New Zealand.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 246 Puhinui Road, Auckland, 2025, New Zealand.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the product was damaged in the courier before the products were used, we will refund the shipping cost of the original shipment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
